The only real stumbling block is fear of failure. In cooking you’ve got to have a what-the-hell attitude.
I’m not a chef nor do I claim to be an expert; in fact, I happen to be an ordinary individual with a regular office job, a ton of responsibilities at home and a number of hobbies as well.
But I also happen to love food and flavor! I get energized every time I am prepping by the chopping board or am stirring away at the stove top. I fascinated at how one can create a plate of goodness out of different elements of food. I am enamored by the history and technique of each recipe. I get stupefied in discovering depths of flavor in just 2-3 ingredients.
I constantly learn in the kitchen– each dish has a challenge and a back story. I will be sharing some recipes, tips, and other food posts with you, along with the journey I embark for each dish and maybe ingredient that I encounter.
